Um,well what can I say really
there is just so much information in this book,it's a good inch and a bit thick and pretty much lists every illness or ones you've never even thought of.
there are suggestions to help clear any ailment and also things so that the illnesses (in theory) wouldn't occur
basically this is a good book for anyone interested in macrobiotic eating, I am just looking into the idea to potentially use after I have lost weight using Atkins,so really don't have a clue and a total beginner
so this book is not for me really,at the moment,think I'm too much of a beginner but that doesn't mean it's not a good book,because for serious devotes this is a must have
I will use some things like the potato plaster and the ginger bath but i won't be changing my eating patterns just yet
