A highly motivating and practical tool-kit for developing creative teaching approaches. The authors offer valuable 'thinking points' throughout to aid creative reflection and stimulate new ideas for developing creative teaching sessions.
Right from the start the reader is reminded of the importance of finding out from learners themselves, what makes learning more enjoyable and what interests and excites them. The reader can discover ways to boost creative confidence and enjoy trying out a range of creative methods and activities.
The book is very accessible, using a range of symbols to aid navigation and link topics, such as the symbol identifying areas for developing employability skills.
I would wholeheartedly recommend the book to both trainee and experienced tutors who want to develop more engaging and more memorable sessions.
