This is a well set out, easy to read book showing simple to follow recipes with full colour pictures, nutritional information and helpful alternative ingredients. Readers Digest have produced many good books and this is definately one for those who like to cook interesting, flavourful dishes whilst still watching the calories.
I have used this a lot and found many new and different recipes. They are all easy to understand and make and the ones I have done so far have been very tasty. Plus it is all calorie counted for you. What`s not to like? Would definately recommend it.
