This is a great sales book. Its highly practical approach doesn't just give you more sales techniques or try to get you to replace your current sales strategies like some do, instead it offers tools and techniques you can add to your existing approach which focus on developing your soft skills - something that gets overlooked in the hustle and bustle of a busy sales environment. Definitely worth a read!

This book is written in an easy to read style, I liked the format which meant that I could follow the book step by step or skip to chapters of particular interest. Also liked the stories and examples helping understanding of the practical application of the tools and techniques.

This book is an excellent read. I absolutely recommend this book for anyone stepping into sales. The NLP techniques described in here are absolutely useful not only in the field of sales but in any other endeavour.
