The only yoga book you need!

This book is awesome! I've bought so many yoga books and tried classes and online courses but none of them explain things as well as this book.
There's no fuss, no nonsense, it just tells you what you need to know and you don't need to light any candles or burn any incense!!!
Most importantly, it tells you what to feel, what each pose is good for and what muscles should be working. Brilliant pictures and explanations of each pose.
Also has a great section at the back which shows you workouts for problem areas such as stiffness in the back or hamstrings, a workout for when you've been standing all day, workouts for runners etc etc.
Also a bunch of longer term workouts (eg 12 weeks) to improve certain aspects of your fitness or just to help you look and feel good.
I can seriously recommend this book. I've been doing yoga for 2 years daily and I've learnt new stuff from page one!
