I'd say this is a 3.5 stars. As someone else pointed out; this is not for anyone who values their knees. I've had to look up half the exercises. Even my cross fit going other half didn't know what some of them are!
However, it has been fantastic at getting me moving and each workout is pretty quick. I think with a section explaining what some of these random exercises are would be helpful. Who's heard of a seal jack?!
