You'll finish this book in a couple of evenings, find it easy to digest - and start implementing the tools it gives you the very next day.
It explains the usual thought ruts we all end up in, how to get out of them, and how to pick the right channels to deliver the thinking you need.

It will change how you run or take part in meetings and guide you to consistently better thought results.

My only criticism is Robin needed a sharper-eyed proof reader. The too-high literal count (in this first edition, at least) can interrupt your reading flow/enjoyment.

Interesting read from a very competent author, this is wot=rth a look for those starting off on the management ladder or for those inspiring to develop themselves in readiness
