Simply Stunning Re-mastered Photographs from the NASA Archives Negatives with accompanying information.

Not just a historical space flight archive, it's a work of art in itself.

A definite, 5 star must buy.

Very Highly Recommended.

Excellent photo-book with 45 inch gatefolds showing lunar panoramas ... only pitty that the author didn't include the official NASA photographs numbers ... The choice of images is a personal one by the author, focuzing on less known Apollo mission photographs !

Full Moon by Michael Light is a really nice book to own and is one I find myself going back to and still being fascinated by the images contained within, since I bought it a few years ago.

A small coffee-table sized book, the images are presented on jet-black glossy paper with no notes or annotations, so the reader can get the full impact of each photograph as the page is turned.

The images are beautifully presented and of a very high quality including several foldouts and panoramas of lunar images stitched together. Produced directly from NASA archives and master negatives, the photographs have a very sharp and vivid look about them. (Detailed information on the 128 pages of photographs can be found in the index along with other notes and explanatory info).

It's obvious that a huge amount of care and consideration has gone into selecting the images for this book and some of them have a haunting and almost shocking feel to them, but the overwhelming feeling I had after looking through the book is one of complete respect for the men & women who participated in the space program and moon landings some 40 odd years ago and what they achieved.

It is everything that previous reviewers have said, stunningly beautiful pictures and well put together panoramas, there are only the breifest of descriptions to each photo but that is all that is needed, the pictures speak for themselves.

The copy were very well maintained as promised, but it was a drawback that the format was half the size I thought. i would suggest to put the size of photographic publications in the advertisement.
