This book is a perfect introduction to Fashion Merchandising for individuals who are new to it like me. Each chapter has a section stating the objectives, key points, definitions and discussion questions as well as focussing on a particular topic.

There are case studies and real life scenarios which are a plus. However I decided to go for the 4th Edition apposed to the 5th.As I was not so bothered about updated case study information particularly when the 4th edition was priced at £20 compare to the 5th Edition at £55. Regardless of price this book is excellent and is a great resource for understanding merchandising and particularly merchandising definitions
