I think I now have almost every Donna Hay book that there is - I may be slightly biased by now! Once you have discovered her it is so easy to keep reaching for her books for fast and easy recipes that look fabulous on the plate. Forget Nigella and the other well know TV chefs (apart from St Jamie), these books really are worth getting.
These recipes are good for all the year round. They are fresh and elicious, and nearly all of the ingredients are available here. If not, alternatives are suggested. I liked it so much, I bought an extra one as a Xmas gift for a foodie friend.
