This book contains recipes from all the world, even from the less know countries. I live in Holland and there are even well known Dutch recipes in here. And the name and quantities are correct, I already tried one yesterday and the result was absolutely how it should be. I think it is kind of funny that I have first tried this dutch recipe, in an American cookbook.
There are some photographs inside the book, but not all the recipes have pictures. I already own most of Nick Malgieri's books and they always work out right.
