It really is a shame, because this could have been a good series if two things had happened. Number one, and probably the most important; the books should have been released in this order. Book 2, should have been the first in the series, to set the scene for the rest of what followed. Book 1, should have been second in the series, and Book three released as it was. The second thing that would have improved this series would have been a more conclusive and better thought out ending. It left so many questions unanswered. I thought the characters were very well written, and that's perhaps one of the only saving graces for this series. AS I said, a real shame.
