Customer Review

Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 June 2021
As I say above, not nasty so far. I've walked approximately 180 miles (288km) in these shoes, and they're holding up rather well.I bought a pair of Nike running shoes at about the same time, alteranting the shoes on a one-day-on, two-days-off basis, and the Nike outsoles appear less robust than this pair's. (The other boots are Nortiv8s, bought last year (2019). The Nortiv8s have covered well over 400 miles adn are still going strong. They are, however, a winter boot, and soare too warm for summer).
I dislike reviewing clothing before a decent period of wear'n'tear, but these, at less than the price of the Nike shoes, reallyare doing well. So far.
Originally I gave a four-star rating. It is now reduced to three star. The insoles have gone very hard. It became obvious on the eighth mile of today's walk. My right foot now has a mahoosive hotspot, making it rather tender. To be fair, they haven't done too bad: I walk between five and fourteen miles a day, so they have done several hundred miles.
I nevertheless shall look for a repalcement pair from a different manufacturer. As I'm diabetic, I cannot risk foot problems.
PS: the Nike shoes are still doing quite well; the wear on their outsoles has not worsened much since I wrote about them above, so they gain a star.
