Customer Review

Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 April 2020
The left thumb-stick frequently rests at -1,-1 instead of 0,0. While this doesn't sound so bad, the result is that your cursor (or character in-game) will move down and left slowly whenever you let go of the thumb-stick. This minor movement is incredibly frustrating and makes the controller unusable for games with fine movement control (e.g. Animal Crossing).

You cannot correct this by re-calibrating. The chance of the thumb-stick drifting is about 50%, so you either calibrate for -1,-1 or 0,0, both of which have a problem half of the time.

I'm writing this after having 2 units with the exact same defect. You can see in the attached picture that the default centre of the thumb-stick is not correct as it shows a + when sat in the actual middle.
