The watch itself is okay-ish. However, the strap started stretching after a couple of weeks of daily use. A few months later, the strap has stretched so far it will no longer hold the watch. Abysmal quality for a Polar product. Expected much better.

Protip:
Save up more money and go for a more expensive sport- or smartwatch.

Also, no means of reporting this defect in the Amazon backend doesn't make this my best shopping experience either.

Does everything I'd hoped for although the screen is a little dark. Have used it for biking, running, walking and skiing. Works well on the first 3 although for a full days skiing the battery didn't last long enough and the gps and HR function disactivate after about 5 hours constant use, which I suppose isn't bad though. The screens are customisable through the polar app, you have the option of displaying 2 readings over upto 5 screens. The app works well and the watch has to be set up and synced with it. I use my iPad and Bluetooth. It's very effective. There are hundreds of sports profiles to choose from which can be customised and uploaded to the watch by the app. The HR monitor seems to be accurate as is the gps which is really useful when tracking runs or mountain biking. I've just started using the training functions within the watch rather just using it to measure what I do. I'll start letting it take control of some of my runs and let it dictate what I do based on my HR after I've set the training plans up on the app. I don't really use it to track my daily activity levels although I do wear it a lot and the inactivity reminders are useful. I don't tend to wear it a night although when I have it monitors how much sleep I get, which isn't really important to me. I did also buy some clear screen protectors for it to avoid scratching it.

It gives me everything I'd hoped for and at a price I could afford.
Have used it for treadmill running and walking.
Works well, although the GPS function can take a little while to connect.

I've just used it to measure what I do, as only treadmill running right now but is very good to see duration, level of activity (mild, demanding, very demanding).
Plan to let it dictate my runs, when back into road training, based on my HR after I've set the training plans up on the app.
Plus point which I did not realise is that when I receive phone calls on my phone the watch notifies me, which is good when away from the phone.
I tend to wear it a night and it monitors how much sleep I get, which is good to see.
I tend to wear the watch all the time, as a watch, and it is comfortable, but can be "bulky" and the rubber around the watch face can get caught on clothing,...
Would defo recommend

Polar m200 is a very good sport watch in my opinion. I run with it for ten days now and it's nice. One thing I don't like is the lack of accuracy in "automatic lap", because I run on the city stadium and I wanted to be free of manually changing laps. When you put it on 400 m it begins to change laps earlier and earlier but the same problem is with Garmin forerunner 100 so probably every sport watch has it. The good thing is that it works with automatically and manually changing laps in the same time. Polar flow works nicely with both Android and Windows 10 and the watch syncs easily enough. I haven't tried it yet with other sport but running so I can't tell how it would be . It's very good for running. Another good thing is its battery- four times training and every day detecting activity it lasted for eight days! Great! And the charging cycle is only about an hour and a half. Excellent!

It's a pretty decent bit of kit for the price. The satellite locks on very quickly. The supporting software is very good. The watch actually looks quite stylish. My only gripe would be that you can't display more than two panels at a time and there's no auto-scroll through the display which is pretty poor really.
Update: The connecting device at the back has now broken off. It always looked very flimsy. I've downgraded my review accordingly.
Update 2: the watch has now completely broken.

Probably the best thing yet! I have used three other tracker in the past of which I used the polar loop but I misplaced it! So I decided to try others like Mio but returned it as it didn’t meet up to my expectation (especially the apps was painful to use) as the polar loop, so decided to buy a better polar and affordable hence the reason I got the M200 have only used it a day and am in love. The M200 gives me a continuous heart rate reading, which is pretty accurate as to wot my cross trainer reads. I am obsessed with monitoring my heart rate now!

Great watch, works effortlessly. Bought so I didn't have to keep taking my phone when I ran. Works really well with strava.

After having this 8 months the USB charging connector fell apart, It was only used sporadically for exercise intervals. There was also no facility to return the item on my Amazon account.

Thought long and hard about which fitness tracker would be best for me, having used Polar before, thought I would give them first go, so glad i did, works well, does everything I want it to, various fitness types (running, walking, yoga, cycling and loads more), syncs well with my phone, app is great, website good, and for £100 very good value.
