This little book is packed with wisdom and lots of practical exercises. The author Kim Wilson passes on her expertise of stress management in a way that is very easy to understand, using humour and the commonplace to get her message across. Do not underestimate its simplicity, these pages contain many effective stress busting techniques and as a former therapist myself I recommend it highly.

The title understates the magnitude of help this little book can bring. From the easily understood, succinct explanation of the anatomy of stress and anxiety, beginning to end and the explanations of the chronicity therein - to the use of the conscious mind to engender change in the unconscious.
The careful, graded, progression of self-help manoeuvres, leading to the meditative relaxation technique, makes this pocket book a top notch life aid!

I have read this book from cover to cover and think that Kim has explained how to deal with different kinds of stress in a clear and simple way which is perfect for the average person trying to deal with stressful situations in work and everyday life. She made me consider ways of dealing with it that I hadn't thought of before.
