How do you find this out? I have the game...but everything defaults to English for me. Tell me how, and I will check for you.

If you switch the system language to german and start the game. At least that's how I usually play games in english if they are multilanguage :)

Please take a look on your UK-Bluray-Disc is there an USK-Logo!?

Posted on 21 May 2010, 18:07:03 BST
Well I can't see a USK-Logo on the disc....whatever that is. And when I changed my system settings to German, it still booted into English in the game, although could this have been because I have game saves that are in English? The box mentions nothing about language either. Sorry. :(

Thank you for the effort. USK is like PEGI but exclusive german. So I have to buy in germany for 64,50€, happy UK with the good prices, your MNR is about 46€.

@Pilon: That is right but I like it when text and speech is in german language. The first three years all games came multilingual but now Sony cut the UK-versions to milk the maximum in germany.

In reply to an earlier post on 22 May 2010, 08:43:57 BST
Pilon, language IS a barrier, in any situation or game....he would be better off with it in his own language. I certainly wouldn't like to struggle through with my O-Level French, for example.

I'm sorry I never had better news, and that Sony Europe is screwing our German friends/gamers. :(

Look forward to seeing you all in game though! :)

Lini Pupp says:
Pretty dumb that you are willing to pay so much more because of the language. English isn't that hard, you know? Just study a lil more and you would be able to play the games. I really hate it when everybody's first question is
"German too????"

In reply to an earlier post on 23 May 2010, 01:50:03 BST
And how is your German, Lini Pupp? My guess is it is about as good as my Finnish....i.e. non-existent. It is easy to tell other people to learn your language. These guys are getting ripped off by SCEE, and it is *perfectly* understandable that they want to save some money and hope that they also get to use the games in their native language - we'd do the same if we had to pay their prices. I'm always happy to try and help these people - especially Germans, because they are some of the nicest people you could ever meet.....so get the hell off their case, man.

heard that you can't use DLC from the german PSN for the UK Version of the game. So I have to buy it in expensive germany :(

Sorry to all englishmen about our question about the language. In germany you pay 70 Euro for one game, in UK you'll get most of them for 35.- (Euro). So I hope you can understand the question ;o)
