Steven Sylvester is a British Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS). He is a registered practitioner of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Steven works in Business, Sport, Politics & Education.
Steven is an ex professional sportsman, having played professional cricket for Middlesex CCC and Nottinghamshire CCC and football for Oxford United FC. Steven currently consults as Team Psychologist for numerous sports teams, both Internationally and domestically.
Over the last twenty years in his private psychology practice, Steven has consulted with 7 World Champions, and a number of athletes in both Olympic and non Olympic sports.
Steven also consults with Global business leaders, helping them build their organisations through significantly improved leadership, culture and performance using his withoutEGO Philosophy. Steven also runs private one on one sessions with Premier League footballers, mentoring programmes and intensive away retreats. He is currently writing his second book and about to launch a video series.
