Lorna Collins is an artist, writer and arts educator. She completed her PhD as a Foundation Scholar and AHRC Scholar in French Philosophy, at Jesus College, Cambridge. Her monograph, 'Making Sense: Art Practice and Transformative Therapeutics', was recently reprinted by Bloomsbury. Her provocative practice as an artist (in paint, film, installation and performance) drives the motor that lies behind all her existential and epistemological (philosophical) enquiries. Collins currently works as a lecturer and representative for the Arts Health Early Career Research Network.
