Judy Ridgway is the author or more than 60 books on many aspects of food and wine. Recent books include the e-book "REMARKABLE RECIPES from the people who really know about extra virgin olive oil - the producers".
Forthcoming books include A BANQUET ON A BUDGET (May 2016), THE OLIVE OIL DIET (August 2016) and QUICK AND DELICIOUS VEGETARIAN MEALS (September 2016).
Other print books include "Best Olive Oil Buys Round the World", "The Wine Tasting Class" which was nominated for a Julia Child Award in America and "The Optimum Nutrition Cookbook" co-authored with Patrick Holford.
Judy is also a food journalist and one of the world's leading olive oil experts. In the early 90's she defined the vocabulary for describing taste and flavour in extra virgin olive oil in her paper Taste and Flavour in Olive Oil, commissioned by the European Commission. The up-dated booklet was published again in 2102 and 2016.
