So, overall it is a great product and I like it very much, but I know that a lot of people won't be pleased with it for one simple reason, you need to be patient and you need to put a lot of effort in working with it. I'll explain what I mean. Firstly, it is very painful in your first week, even if you had some similar experience (before that one, I had 1,5kg hula hoop), you will also get bruises and the hula hoop for a few first times of using will seem to be much heavier than it actually is, but don't worry it'll pass. So, what I am saying is that for the first week you won't be able to work with it for more than, say 5-10 minutes, maybe even less, but with each day it becomes better and better.
However, I think this hula hoop has one great feature that light hula hoops don't have and it is psycological effect. With this hula hoop you really feel the weight you feel that you're doing something that you are working out and doing something good for your body and sometimes it is very important as we oftem lose motivation for doing something, especially sport.
You will need a few space to play with it. and of course, company around watching movie with you would be inappropriate. Muscle are strenth after half an hour of this. Would recommend to anyone who is just need a fun relax at home and meanwhile little muscle strech!! and, of course, if you want carlorie burn, please go to the gym or simply run. :)
as far as hoops go this hoop is great to get inside of and have a good spin around, shove yourself straight in to the hoop and have a good dance..
the hoop is weighted so be careful as you may bruise :]
I recommend you put on some good music to go with it.
