With individual sections for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Dessert as well as seperate sections for veggie, fish and meat this book is easy to use and great for quickly looking at a section, when you're not quite sure what to make for a meal, as well as different ways of cooking a particular vegetable (ideal if you've got something left in the fridge and not quite sure what to do with it!) Of course there is also a section for their wonderful smoothies.
It is full of quirkly little stories and drawings in true innocent style, a great way to make cooking fun and to give you something to do while the food is cooking! It could at times, do with more photos of the actual food (for those of you that like to know what you're food is meant to look like there are very few photos of the recipes) but the clear and detailed descriptions of the food are in general more than enough to help you create your meals.
One star off for there being quite a lot of waffle and also because the pictures, whilst amusing, aren't often of the food.
The recipes are really easy to follow therefore beginners will love it!! The recipes also includes part where your children can get involved thus enabling them to get more familiar to healthy cooking and eating.
The recipes are made by Anna Jones, who worked for seven years with the internationnaly famous Jamie Oliver, and are nutritionnaly approved by Vanessa Hattersley, who works for innocent drinks! The recipes are the perfect mix between Jamie Oliver's recipes and innocent goodness...
In summary, easy-great-healthy-tasty-good-looking meals for the whole family to cook and enjoy!!!
