    I took a chance and ordered the black nvme cooler/w fan. It came in yesterday. It is a huge chunk of heat sink with a small fan in the center. Build quality seems nice. Comes with argb cable + pwm cable. I have not installed it yet, as I’m waiting for the thermalright h10 to come in for comparison, but even without the fan, the size of the heat sink should be sufficient cooling for your nvme drive. I will update after installing, but for 11 bucks, I feel like I got a nice product.

    Honestly didnt see much of a difference in terms of temp performance, at least nothing outside a margin of error that could be attributed to the room temps at the time.

    For the aesthetic its not bad but I dont know that this is really doing much to help keep my drive cooler.

    You might get better results depending on your case type and overall setup so this might be something viable for your use case. For me it doesnt seem to be doing much. Build quality is fine but past that it just looks neat mostly.

    Let's face it. 99.99% of us do not need a SSD cooler of this caliber. It's an overkill cooler for an electronic the size of a stick of gum that consumes just over a single watt! It comes with both 3 and 4 pin fan cables for universal compatibility with your motherboard or other fan controllers.

    Under no-load, my SK emerald SSD is running about 6 Celsius cooler. I'm getting about 4-5 degrees cooler while gaming but I think I can lower that further by adjusting the fan curve. It does add to the noise somewhat so you might need to tinker with the fan curve of your own to achieve the best noise to performance ratio. To close, the performance is there and the price is rock bottom considering that it's an enthusiast product. Just consider clearance space and airflow before buying this product.
