The premise of the book is that you change your lifestyle by making continual small changes to the way you live your life. Each area of your life is covered in a separate chapter, and unlike some other books, who give claims about instant results you are given a reasonable timeframe to gather your thoughts, make some goals and write them down.
It's a concise, well laid out book that has been very useful to me in improving my life and I recommend for anyone, nurse or otherwise, who wants to stop complaining about their life and start improving it.
