What a debut performance by Calum Best. It's so sad that for years there has been a British Ryan Gosling, and we never realised it! The emotional intensity, charisma and wit
on display is astounding. The good news is with the plaudits this Movie and central performance garner, Best will be the cream of Hollywood soon.

I've seen a lot of films in my time but no film has been as spectacularly bad as this one. Let me break it down:
The acting was so poor that the cast would be very unlikely to get into the "Bold and the beautiful" which is in itself a low water mark for acting. Calum best showed no depth or basic understanding of human emotion and all his lines whether in a love scene or accompanied by torture were delivered with all the charisma of a wet sock. The rest of the cast members were terrible with the notable exception of Darren Day who was actually quite good.
The director seemed to always make the worst choices in pretty much every scene and was clearly not supported by a DOP as the atmosphere was either flat or drab.
The script seemed to have been written by a 7 year old whose only exposure to storytelling was a few cliched Hollywood b movies and my god did it show. It also didn't make a lot of sense with plot holes that you could have driven a bus through. My personal favourite being the robbery of a shoe shop in order to raise 2 million quid which seems a bit pointless in the first place but when you factor in that they only stole the display shoes (I.e. The left ones) it seems a bit silly as the shoes would have no value if they weren't a pair.

The frustrating thing is that this film was made at all when you consider all the talent out there. It is a savage indictment of the cult of celebrity that seems to ruin good ideas.

Really enjoyed watching this fast action film. Especially liked Ryan Forde Iosco as Terry Donovan!

It is a must see film with a great twist at the end!

Unbelievable film! felt so connected with the two lead actors chris rose and adam choppra. Such a great film and the football was so real... thanks for making british independent films like this.

bad acting all round

Worst film I've ever watched! Absolute rubbish, a group of five year olds could have made a better movie!

Turned off half way through? Turned off after 10 minutes. Absolutely shocking acting, seen better acting on Grange hill.
