I wouldn't usually have picked this but due to the positive reviews I thought I would give it a try. It was slow to start , slow in the middle and you guessed it slow at the end. I hung in there hoping for a meaningful ending but that didn't happen either. In all honesty save the 90 minutes to do something else or carry out a random act of kindness. You will be pleased you did rather than losing a precious amount of your life on this film.

With so many bad reviews I wasn't sure if I should bother.................. it was slow at the beginning, painful at some points but i just had to see what happened. Nothing overly exciting but a strange story, worth a watch if you have nothing else to watch.

After a shocking tragedy a parallel reality is created when the entire community all agree to believe that change is unacceptable and not allowed to happen. This belief system means their collective consciousness unintentionally halts normal human physical ageing and they are always perfectly healthy. After 17 years a powerful young man arrives, the first person to come into their town since the tragedy, and their community is blasted apart by the winds of change. Interesting and enjoyable light entertainment.

Wasnt even sure it was the right film when the titles came up as "God Don't Make the Laws".

Sadly, it was, seems this is an alternative title.

Dull in the extreme, I didnt get to the end as I gave up, do yourself a favour, skip this.

I had no idea what this film was going to be like. But I faintly hoped it would be okay. It far surpassed my expectations and my hopes. To begin with I felt it was going to turn out to be lame and lacklustre. But without any special effects, explosions, or anything other than a wonderfully gripping storyline, understated acting and a pitch perfect mood and direction it kept me wondering, watching and thinking right to the final punchline.
If you ever watched Twin Peaks, or the X-Files or It's a Wonderful Life and loved them then you will love this movie.
I wish I could watch it again for the first time.
But I know I will be watching it again and again. In its own way it is perfect.

Why does the cover title say 'Frozen in Time,' when that is not the name of the movie?
Did someone actually sit down and devote time to coming up with this storyline?
What is the point or meaning of this movie?
Weird?...that I can answer...YES!

I went on amazon prime to choose a film to watch and clicked on it for more information. immediately a message flashed up telling me I now owned it. shortly after that, I received an invoice for £9.99 and wasted the rest of the day trying to contact someone to report it. - to no avail.

I only watched half of it, so maybe it suddenly got really good. Unlikely.

My time is worth a lot more than this.
