|Shop with Points offers customers the ability to pay for purchases at Amazon.co.uk using points of participating rewards programmes. Customers who participate in eligible programmes can use rewards points to pay for an order at Amazon.co.uk in the same way that they would use any other payment method.|
|Are there any products I can't buy using Shop with Points?|
|Shop with Points is generally available to buy millions of products at Amazon.co.uk. Please note, however, that rewards programme points cannot be used for all purchases at Amazon.co.uk, and items that currently may not be purchased using Shop with Points include digital goods (i.e.: MP3s), Kindle eBooks and downloads, Subscribe and Save items. Please also note that currently you may not use 1-Click to purchase products using Shop with Points.|

|I have several American Express Cards in my Amazon wallet and only want to use one of my cards for Shop with Points, how can I do that?|
|You can disable each Card individually that you don’t want to use for Shop with points. Simply go to the Your Account page and the Shop with Points link, which leads you to you Shop with Points Account Page. Please click on the Disable link next to the card you would like to disable. You can still use the Card for regular payments even if it is disabled for Shop with Points.|
|When you use Membership Rewards points at Amazon.co.uk for your purchase, the full charge initially goes onto your American Express® Card and is then credited back when the amount of points you elected to use are deducted from your Membership Rewards Account. For example, if you make a £500 purchase and choose to cover £300 of that purchase with points, we’ll: Charge your Card Account £500 once the item is ready for shipment. This will appear on your statement as two separate charges of £300 and £200. We will deduct points equivalent to £300 and apply a £300 credit to your Card Account. The remaining £200 of the purchase will continue to be included in your current balance|
|How do I use Membership Rewards points to pay for an order?|
|If you want to use your Membership Rewards points to pay for part or all of your purchase, you'll need to proceed to the checkout through your Shopping Basket. When you select your payment method for the purchase, you can choose the value of points you wish to apply. Points applying to your order will be displayed under Use Membership Rewards points next to Payment Method. If points are not applying to your order, click "Apply" under Use Membership Rewards points to use your available points.|
|I have enough Membership Rewards points to pay for my order. Why do I have to specify the Card linked to my Membership Rewards Account in my order?|
|Orders paid for using Membership Rewards points must also include the Card associated to the Membership Rewards Account from which the points are applied. The Card does not need to be charged, but in the event you choose an action that increases the cost of your order, such as upgrading shipping, the Card will be charged.|
|I don't have enough Membership Rewards points to pay for my order. How can I pay for the rest of my order?|

|Rewards from multiple reward programmes cannot currently be aggregated to pay for a single order. You may register multiple reward programmes at Amazon.co.uk; however, reward points purchases will be paired with the Card associated with the reward programme. Reward points may also be combined with Amazon.co.uk gift cards.|
|I have a gift card or stored value available in my Amazon.co.uk account. How will this be applied with Membership Rewards points?|
|Amazon applies the Membership Rewards points that you requested to use and that American Express approved for use, then the gift card or stored value amount, and then any remaining balance to the Card linked to your Membership Rewards Account.|
|Will I receive confirmation of the number of Membership Rewards points debited from my American Express Card Account?|
American Express will debit the number of points that you elected to redeem for your purchase from your Membership Rewards Account and a confirmation email will be sent to you. This confirmation email will prompt you log in to American Express Online Services where you will be able to view your updated Membership Rewards balance. To ensure you receive the email confirmation of the number of points debited from your account, please provide American Express with an up-to-date email address. Simply clickhere to log in or register for American Express Online Services and to update your email address.
|Why can I no longer see my available Membership Rewards points at checkout?|
|To ensure you are still enrolled in Shop with Points, go to the Your Account page and the Shop with Points link. You can view any enrolled rewards programme accounts and see your Membership Rewards points balance. If you do not see your Membership Rewards Account, you may either try to register your Card and your Membership Rewards Account again or contact American Express using the number on the back of your Card to discuss your Account status.|
Shop with Points Service Terms for American Express Membership Rewards (UK)
By using Shop with Points with American Express Membership Rewards, you agree to these Service Terms and the other Amazon.co.uk Conditions of Use and Sale. Please review them carefully, together with our Privacy Notice, to understand our practices.
To use your American Express Membership Rewards points (“Points”) to purchase eligible items at Amazon.co.uk, your eligible Membership Rewards programme account (“Points Account”) will be linked to your Amazon.co.uk account after your first purchase with your American Express Card.
You need to indicate at the time of purchase that you wish to pay with Points. Your Points balance may not reflect your use of Points for pending purchase transactions until the purchase has shipped or otherwise been fulfilled by Amazon. If you do not have enough Points to pay for your purchase, Amazon will send you a payment clarification email. You must then pay for the full purchase transaction with your American Express Card or an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
We reserve the right to restrict your use of Shop with Points or to de-register your Points Account by de-linking it from your Amazon.co.uk account at any time in our sole discretion, including when we suspect misuse or fraud.
To enable you to use Shop with Points to purchase eligible items, Amazon EU S.À.R.L. and its affiliates (collectively, “Amazon”) share information that you have provided to Amazon with American Express Services Europe Limited and its affiliates (collectively, “American Express”) and vice versa. This information sharing allows us to link your Amazon.co.uk account to your Points Account, and, after your first purchase, American Express provides Amazon with information about your Points Account, including your Points balance, so that Amazon can perform its functions with respect to the Shop with Points programme, including showing you your Points balance. Amazon may also share information that you have provided to Amazon with American Express so that American Express can perform its functions with respect to the Shop with Points programme, including processing payments made with Points.
Certain items at Amazon.co.uk are not eligible for purchase using Points and these items may change at any time. Points may not be used when making purchases with 1-Click. Points may not currently be combined with other rewards programmes to make eligible purchases using Shop with Points at Amazon.co.uk.
Any refunds for purchases made using Shop with Points at Amazon.co.uk are subject to the Amazon.co.uk returns policy. If Amazon accepts a return for an item you purchased using only Points, those Points will be credited to your Points Account. If Amazon accepts a return for an item you purchased using Points and another payment method, Amazon may, in its sole discretion, credit the return to the other payment method before crediting Points to your Points Account.
