As a man I cannot tell you what a joy it is to be able to prove to my wife that I am at least her equal and in many ways her better in the domain society and culture has long cast as her and her womanfolk’s responsibility. She bought a whole bunch of pegs from a nationally known and well established utility supplies brand. Utter tosh. Wandering springs, brittle plastic, a tendency to lose focus on the task at hand, not very pleasing to the eye and these are just the good points.
I said I would source the pegs. These are the ones I chose.
They are sturdy, reliable, have a decent spring, a nice touch and look like they will out-live me. I am 13.
