I received this lens from Aukey last week and I have to say I am more than impressed by this powerful little lens!
OUT THE BOX:
First of all the product arrives in a very neat and well put together mini-cardboard box with shaped foam insulation housing the lens itself, the carry bag, cloth, clip and leaflet are all housed in a neat boxed section on top of this.
Straight out the box the lens is a weighted tough looking metallic build, rather than cheap plastic. The lens is beautifully put together with crystal clear glass and there are no section divisions, the whole thing is held together as one solid piece.
THE PRODUCT:
The clip is a small but firm wrap around for the phone and due to its flexibility I managed to get the is not my s5 Edge with ease, even when I had my very large shock-case wrapping the phone. At first I worried that the clip would not hold the lens securely but I soon realised that despite its small size, the clip does a great job of holding the lens firmly in place.
THE PHOTOS:
So once the lens is attached, you will need to gently move it around until the image on-screen becomes sharp, this is easy and was achieved by me in less than 10 seconds, one the image is crisp, the slip holds the lens in place and I was ready to take snaps.
I have a couple of other "Wide angle" lens' and this one is truly the widest I have ever had, the frame/shot is so huge that I even captured my own hand/arms in one test shot.Read more ›

As someone who now owns a number of Aukey clip-on lenses (see review https://www.amazon.co.uk/review/RXVG31ZQ1KMCI/ref=cm_cr_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B017VVK4QA ) I'm probably well placed to assess their relative merits. This AUKEY 238° 0.2X HD Super Wide Angle Lens is another superbly manufactured, precision engineered, piece of optical hardware which pushes the picture-taking capabilities of smartphones way beyond what's normally possible. Useful in all kinds of situations, I would say this is my go-to lens of choice in tight spots. If I had to keep only one lens from my collection, this would be it. Once accurately positioned over the camera's aperture, it's effect is dramatic, bending light from one's whole field of vision and beyond. It's simply an awesome bit of kit!

Arrived very well packaged in a nice brown box containing the lens, lens cover, small cloth bag, clip/adaptor to attach lens to phone and a cleaning cloth. As you can see from the photo I have provided this DRAMATICALLY amplifies the viewing angle to the point where unless you use a tripod its almost impossible to not get your fingers into the view of the picture. The photos where taken on a Samsung Galaxy S6 and it was attached very easily and very securely by the provided clip.

I was very happy with the versatility of the pictures I could take with my iPhone 6 camera but adding this awesome piece of kit has added the diversity and originality to the photos taken from the phone. I never expected this little lens to bring so much life to the photos.
The product includes a plastic clamp device for the lens provided, which you clip over the top of your iPhone 6 or other compatible smartphone (I tried it iPhone 6, iPad 2, Oneplus One and it easily mounted on the cameras of all these three devices), positioned over the camera lens. You can then just use your phone in the normal way and snap away.
Wide angle lens gives you a larger image circle (great for taking long distance shots of the countryside, rolling hills and mountains, and other memorable vistas). But what makes this lens different from other wide angle lenses is the super wide angle this lens has got.
The build quality seem good too. It is a great gadget which does come in handy. Highly recommended
