Homemade Granola
A deliciously crunchy combination of fruits, nuts and seeds
Method
1. Preheat oven to 150°C, 300°F, gas mark 2
2. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over a low heat.
3. Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
4. Pour over the melted coconut oil and mix well to combine
5. Tip the mixture onto a large baking sheet, spreading out evenly
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, stirring halfway to get an even bake.
7. Once cooled store in an airtight container for a week
Tip: try experimenting with different flavours to your liking such as cacao nibs and cranberries, chopped apricots and almonds, pecans and dried bananas, dried pineapple, papaya and coconut

- 40g Tree of Life Organic Pumpkin Seeds
- 40g Tree of Life Organic Sunflower Seeds
- 40g Tree of Life Organic Whole Almonds, chopped
- 40g Tree of Life desiccated coconut
- 60g Tree of Life dried fruit such as raisins, sultanas, cranberries
- 1tbsp Tree of Life Chia Seeds
- 80g Tree of Life Organic Coconut Oil
