I was amazed when I found out about Amazon coins because I realized that purchasing 50K coins will give me a 25% discount on all my in app purchases and I felt that no one (google play nor iTunes) was being so great about it so all my focus was on buying coins. Discount dropped to 20% and they I often time struggle between using coins or wait for google play promotions I've seen better discounts from time to time if you buy google play gift cards so now I wait, before I wouldn't even think about it. I've seen only one discrepancy where I was charged more coins for the same product I always buy but it never happened again nor did I get it reviewed. Overall it has become an OK product but still works if you are looking for an immediate discount.

What a good idea! I like to purchase apps to play on my Samsung Galaxy pad and phone, so it's a slightly cheaper way of buying stuff via the Amazon App store. When I had an issue with an additional question pack I bought for the Pointless game I was refunded promptly by Amazon's excellent customer service team.

The time it takes for the coins, it times out and update a short time later. Hate to think how long this would take if more coins were purchased!! I normally end up making the purchase as well as the coins which sort of defeats the object!!
