There is a lot of product supplied with this purchase, lots and lots of the sticks wrapped in plastic in the cardboard box dispatch packaging.

The cinnamon itself is of a great quality, good for cooking, I have plenty of it to add to mulled wine boiled up in a pot for Christmas, or added to recipes for mead or sweet wine which I have read about or researched on YouTube for anyone investigating home brewing/fermentation. Its also great if you have a small sturdy grater to create flakes preparing cakes or as a finishing touch to cappucinos or lattes.

There isn't a lot to describe a cinnamon stick. It's a cinnamon stick! :-) But, they arrived on time and were as dainty looking as they looked in the picture. I wanted to use these to decorate my mini Xmas cakes (4" cakes), and they fit the bill. To be honest, using something like this (wrapped up perhaps with a slice of dried orange and possibly a star anise too) adds another dimension to any Xmas pressie. Not only the little bunch would look rustic, smells lovely and Xmassy, but the lucky recipients can also chuck 'em into their mulled wine making the pressie go that little bit further!
