When evil dictator Thadius Vent destroys all the music in the world, Oscar's Orchestra travels back in time to collect as much music as they can and bring it back to their own time. But when Vent learns of their plans, he quickly sets out to stop them. Dudley Moore provides the voice of Oscar.
