Seems like a quality product, and easy to use. Pity about the rubbish case that comes with it though, would have expected a nice moulded case instead of the oversized junk they provide.

I bought this torque wrench for work on an aluminium-framed bike. It arrived 30 hours after the order was placed. It is solidly made, with a buttery-smooth break action and generous break angle when the torque setting is reached, mimimizing the risk of overshoot. The scale is ultra-legible, making it quick and easy to set. Averaging out the calibration certificate's 15 separate readings gives an overall error of just ±1.13% - well within the specified ±3% tolerance. Only slight criticism is the sharp edges of the ABS plastic locking lever, making it slightly uncomfortable on the hand but easily remedied with a bit of wet-and-dry or small file to chamfer the edges. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this tool.

A quality tool that sits nicely in the hand, works extremely well with an obvious 'click' when torque is reached. Dial is easy and clear to set accurately but the edges of the winding gear were a little sharp, although easily sorted with a fine file. Slightly disappointed with the sleeve case, which is fiddly and not of the quality of the tool itself. A 1/4" square drive hexagon bit socket should be included as it needed a further internet order to track one of these down. Nonetheless the tool itself is excellent, made in Britain and a worthwhile investment!

As a smallbore target rifle shooter I was about to undertake the "re-bedding" of the barrel in the stock and needed a torque wrench that was accurate and covered 4Nm - 7Nm. This wrench goes from 1Nm to 20Nm, and for those that require it also has an imperial scale, and comes with a certificate of accuracy which is reasuring.

In order to complete the task it was necessary to purchase a 1/4" square drive hexagon bit socket set, which was not obtainable through Amazon, but I managed to purchase one from a local tool supplier.

I have no hesitation in recommending this torque wrench and I would add that the price was far better than a similar range available through shooting retailers.

I purchased this for correctly torquing carbon fibre and alloy components on my mountain bike. The Norbar TruTorque(tm) TT20 ¼ is a superb quality precision tool which is blindingly easy to set and performs flawlessly. Just ensure you check EVERY component's torque specification BEFORE tightening or you will smoothly shear a light weight bolt and be counting the cost and time of extraction or replacement of the component (a personal DOH!). Superb tool, reasonably priced for the quality and accuracy and as Norbar state proudly made in England.

Always wanted a torque wrench for as long as I can remember for my mountain bikes, excellent product for the job. Only gripe is I had to go onto manufacturers web site to watch video on how too set torque properly as came with no real instructions.
