Since our successful 40th; Anniversary re-promotion in 2009 the DVD has now more than doubled its sell-through tally to over 100,000 units sold in the UK alone and we can expect a similar uplift in sales this year.

March 2014 sees the 45th Anniversary of the first publication of Carle s perennial best-seller and - to celebrate - Best Medicine is releasing a fully re-mastered DVD version of The Very Hungry Caterpillar & Other Stories in advance of international Very Hungry Caterpillar Day on Thursday March 20th.

Featuring 5 of Eric Carle s captivating children s tales - with animations based on Carle s original collage art illustrations - the title will be re-issued on Monday March 3rd in an exclusive limited-edition spot gloss die-cut 45th Anniversary slip-case.
