    This is a good product BUTIt surprises me that in this day and age, it is recommended to replace the whole unit.Can they not make a replacement pad for inside rather than advise to throw the whole thing out. Suppose that wouldn’t make the company as much money.#climatechange?!

    I didn't realise that they only last for 6 months which is disappointing as that's not very environmentally friendly.

    After 6 months I will be looking to use tablets or something to dehumidify as the container is too nice a quality to discard.

    Firstly product does its job but design of container lets it down. Wish I had bothered to read the dimensions as it’s way too tall and narrow. I have big in the ear aids and need multiple attempts to position both in a suitable position with the battery door open for correct usage. This wouldn’t be such a problem if the container was wider. Can’t imagine that whoever designed this uses heating aids as the design is not very practical. Even if used for behind the ears aids, the container is still a stupid height.
