Beautifully designed and presented box set.

I have all the Little Red Tractor dvds and though the yellow 'carry handle' dvd of "Hot Hot Hot" is probably the best value as far as stories go, containing more than any of the regular looking dvds, this double disc set is the best for presentation. I would have loved to have something like this when I was a kid. It's beautiful to look at with lovely bright cheerful colours and beautiful to touch, not an easily bent cardboard slipcase containing the dvds, (which are both included in their original cases as sold singly) but a beautiful smooth glossy very rigid box that is a pleasure to handle and admire when taking the dvds in or out of the box. - It may not matter to some people, but I think these things are important. Being of an artistic nature, I like the packaging of dvds to be visually appealling as I find this adds to the enjoyment of the whole thing. - If dvds are presented in slipcases then it's nice to keep them looking smart and unfortunately they can soon become shoddy and tatty looking, but not when made of very firm glossy cardboard as in this case.
The stories too, as expected with any Little Red Tractor release, are very funny and entertaining, especially the ones which feature Mr Jones in more of a prominant role, as a lot of them do. He is easily the best character and so amusing they could do a spin-off series about him and I'm sure it would be a great success. For anyone who admires the visual appeal and tactile smoothness of beautiful packaging as well as a lovely setting and good entertainment in the stories, then you can't go wrong with this lovely box set.

Bought this dvd for my 18 month old son. He watches it almost every day, and never gets bored of it! There are several stories on the dvd and I defintely recommend it for tractor mad children!

I bought this because my 2 1/2 year old son has watched the 'Glorious Mud' DVD so much it started to drive me mad. This gives him two 'Tractor' DVD's to choose from, which makes him even happier. After a day at nursery he loves to ask for 'Tractor', and it gives me a few minutes to get his tea ready.
