    Moleskines are my notebook of choice; the paper is the right weight, limits bleed-through (if you use a very dark ink, there is some bleeding) and are a pleasure to use.I have a good number on the go at any one time, for different functions. The extra large I use for longhand first drafts of novels etc. This size is perfect for all kind of jottings, free-writing, journalling and so on. The cardboard cover is a lot more resilient than you might expect, as I've toted several across Europe and they just get a little battered but the entire notebook stays strong.
    I tend to buy and stockpile when they're on offer, or add to another order to get free postage and packing, as they'll always get used. I also have a number of fancier journals that often take a long while before I use them because I don't want to spoil them by writing in them; if you're a stationery addict you'll probably know what I mean. Moleskines can be used for ordinary, everyday writing without any sense of guilt but they're excellent products and well worth paying a little more for.

    Love the paper density and the narrow rule of Moleskine cahiers. These are just the right size for my morning journalling.

    My only gripe is that I find it sightly tricky to get it right selecting the correct size and paper type online. Twice now I've mistakenly ordered the incorrect ones (wrong size the first time and then accidentally ordered plain instead of ruled paper!), which are pricey mistakes for notebooks... Will be triple checking the next time I order!

I bought these after previously purchasing a gorgeous leather A5 cover, not realizing it was made to fit the Moleskine Cahier (which is a bit more narrow). If you need a standard A5 size, this might not work, so check the dimensions.

    Great, love these notebooks, are thin, simple, elegant and made of great quality materials, as all Moleskine products are. Also, I founded the size really handy to carry on in your bag. Something I really liked as well is that the labels always have a double purpose so you can reuse it; in this case, it has a rule printed. About the shipping, Amazon was great as always, it arrived 5 days early even though the bad weather conditions.
    I'm very pleased with my purchase, I recommend this product and Amazon a lot.

    Diese Notizhefte halten einiges aus. Ich habe eines unter anderem benutzt um meinen Umzug zu planen, das hieß für das Notizheft Dauereinsatz in meiner Handtasche, viele viele Notizen, Skizzen und Zeitungs- oder Werbungsausschnitte. Klar hatte der Einband am Ende viele Flecken, aber er ist sehr stabil für ein Karton Einband und die Bindung hält super.
    Das Papier ist wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache. Es ist nicht das dickste und beste, aber da ich wusste was mich erwartet war ich nicht enttäuscht. Es ließ sich sowohl mit Bleistift, Fineline als auch Kuli gut beschreiben. Jederzeit wieder.
