Full credit to Bizzby for correcting the mistakes of their first technician. However, the problems should never have happened and I would never use Bizzby again. Had a 9-11am appointment time for technician to visit. Called at 9am to say would going to another job and might get to me after lunch. Technical arrived and told us complete rubbish about how it wasn't possible to get our Nest to control the hot water, only the heating. Made a terrible and unsafe bodge, left wire strippings all over the carpet including fine strands of copper that got stuck in the cat. Staggering incompetence. Bizzby sent another guy after two weeks to make good. Second guy was amazing and appears just to be employed to fix the problems caused by the first guy. Nest now controls everything and a nice safe neat job has been done. Bizzby's business model is to post your installation job in their app and any electrician can pick up the job. They get a flat fee that excludes their travel costs. Be very suspicious of any electrician who has far to come. A good electrician wouldn't need to take a Bizzby job a long way from home. Strongly recommend you look on Nest's web site for a local installer who has more to gain from providing a good service.
