Purchased 4 of these and after 4 months only 2 work, contacted Anker directly to claim on the warranty and they where very unhelpful and even though I took the time to explain that they no longer switch on (as they flash to confirm switching on) they wanted evidence of what phones I was using, which cases I used and wanted links to all this... somehow my phone case stops thier product from switching on... erm ok.
Went backwards and forwards with gerneric email replys, felt like I was talking to a bot not a human, in the end I’ve just chucked them in the bin.
When they work they are fine, but once they break expect to have to tell them everything about you life to even think about getting a replacment!
I personally would avoid, 3 months 2 failures..
For the record we had iphone x and iphone 8plus with original leather cases, so no way they where telepathically scarying this charger into turning on from the otherside of the room!
