Fun gadget, but screws are loose and the thing squeaks unpleasantly.

This is good fun and you do feel it in your arms as long as you actually do each position until your arm aches before stopping. Only problem for me is its not firmly put together (this may be just mine) and it makes an unpleasant noise, even when I tighten my grip on the orange handle (where the screws are loose) it still feels infirm as though the plastic join around the hoop is not tight. I'm going to borrow an star shaped Alan key thingy to try to sort it out.
Update: I've changed my star rating as I've noticed the company responds to people who complain about it's shoddy construction by giving it 1 star. They don't respond to people who rate it highly yet have problems. It has a lifetime guarantee apparently. It would have been nice to be told this when I bought it and write my first review.
This was in the cupboard for a few years while I was doing other things and I needed to find some weird shaped Alan key type thing to tighten the bolts that came loose (on the handle there are two silver bolt things that keep the pressure on the clear tubing so it doesn't come apart). It wasn't even touched in the cupboard. I got it out again to use and spent about five minutes and the bolts came so far undone that I got the skin on my hand trapped and a nasty blood blister.
This company who sell this will respond that it's built in Britain and with good materials and it was probably bashed about in transit, blah, blah (see the other reviews and the comments below them from Rory or whoever it is). It's not from being bashed about. The screws come loose. Bashing something doesn't cause a magical unscrewing force.it has design flaws, it's simple.
I don't recommend buying this product. Get a few hand weights or some rubber tubing and spend 10 minutes doing a resistance workout. This is a good concept, but it's not designed well enough to be useful.
