This page explains why you may not have qualified for FREE Delivery or FREE Standard Pickup (delivery to a Pickup Location).
You need to select "FREE Delivery" for orders being delivered to home or business addresses, or “FREE Standard Pickup” for orders being delivered to Pickup Locations in the order form.
If you've already placed an order, but it hasn't yet entered the dispatch process, you can go back and change the delivery method to FREE Delivery or FREE Standard Pickup like this:
Note: You can't select FREE Delivery or FREE Standard Pickup as the default option for 1-Click shopping but you can go back and apply FREE Delivery or FREE Standard Pickup to a 1-Click order if it hasn't yet entered the dispatch process, using the instructions above .
Orders including £10 or more of eligible books, dispatched by Amazon, qualify for FREE Delivery or FREE Standard Pickup. All orders of £20 or more of eligible items, dispatched by Amazon, across any product category also qualify for FREE Delivery or FREE Standard Pickup.
The order must be £25 (including local VAT) or above to qualify for FREE Delivery to the Republic of Ireland. If your order qualifies for FREE Delivery, you'll still be charged a delivery fee for any ineligible items in the order.
FREE Delivery can only be applied to orders dispatched to addresses within the UK or the Republic of Ireland.
Some items may be ineligible for FREE Delivery due to size or weight.
To qualify for FREE Delivery or FREE Standard Pickup, your delivery preference must be "Group items into as few deliveries as possible", not "Dispatch items as they become available". To check the delivery preference on an open order:
Items dispatched by Amazon.co.uk are eligible for FREE Delivery or FREE Standard Pickup. For the UK and the Republic of Ireland, this includes items that are "Fulfilled by Amazon".
All other items sold by Marketplace Sellers on Amazon Marketplace are dispatched directly by the Seller and aren't eligible for FREE Delivery.
