One-Day Delivery and Premium Delivery

If you order with One-Day Delivery or Premium Delivery, depending on the time of day and stock, we dispatch the order the same day and it's delivered the next day.

For Amazon Prime members, One-Day Delivery is the default delivery option and is free. If you're not an Amazon Prime member, you can choose Premium delivery. Details of the cost display before you complete your order. We charge £4.99 per delivery. We dispatch pay monthly mobile phones and SIM cards using Premium Delivery at no extra charge.

If you choose One-Day Delivery or Premium Delivery, your order should arrive one day after dispatch. Cut off times apply, so check the product page when you place your order. Parcels to residential addresses might arrive on Sundays and some UK Bank Holidays. We exclude weekends for orders that include alcohol or kitchen knives. Delivery schedules vary by carrier, but all carriers attempt delivery by 10 pm. After you order, check the delivery date of your order in Your Account.

Orders Fulfilled by Amazon that are sent using a tracking method have tracking information available in Your Account.

If your parcel doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date, check the tracking information, if available.

  • If the tracking information says that your package arrived, check with your neighbours. Carriers occasionally leave packages with neighbours, a building manager or somewhere safe, such as your porch or garage.
  • If the tracking information says that the package returned to us or if the address is incorrect, it may be undeliverable.
  • If you can't locate your parcel, contact customer service.

Note: If you choose Premium Delivery to an Amazon Locker, there's a flat rate charge of £2.99 for any eligible items for non-Prime members.
