The table below shows the VAT rates charged by Amazon.co.uk or by Sellers who are enrolled into Amazon’s Tax Calculation Service on physical goods dispatched to EU destinations.
Sales of digital products and services including Kindle content, E-books, Amazon Apps, Software & Digital Games (including prepaid gaming cards), Digital Music downloads, Amazon Music and Cloud Drive are shown inclusive of VAT. For customers based in the EU, Iceland, Norway or Switzerland, Amazon will charge local VAT in line with local VAT legislation. For customers in Liechtenstein and Switzerland, Amazon charges a VAT rate of 7.7% for digital products and services.

VAT on delivery varies depending on contents for all the above countries except Bulgaria where it's levied at 20%.
