How can Amazon Prime be used with an Amazon Business Account?
You can now extend Amazon Prime delivery from your personal Amazon account to your Amazon Business user account, while paying only one Amazon Prime membership fee. You can keep your personal and business accounts and orders separate, while still utilising the benefits of Amazon Prime's fast, free delivery on both accounts.
Note: You can only extend Prime delivery benefits from a personal account to a business user account, not vice versa. If you have purchased Prime on both your personal and Amazon Business user accounts, log in to your business user account and, while logged in, contact us. We'll cancel your Prime membership on your business user account and issue a pro-rated refund on the Prime membership fee for this account.
If you already have an Amazon Business user account and are not yet a Prime member, you can sign up for Prime by completing the following steps:
Note: You must be logged in to your business user account before going to https://www.amazon.co.uk/prime
Note: Amazon Prime is for individual use. If an Amazon Business user purchases Prime, that user will have access to Prime benefits, but other individuals within the Amazon Business account will not, unless they also hold their own Amazon Prime membership. Amazon Prime is not available for customers who order items for resale or who use Prime for dispatching items to (possible) customers. We do not provide a VAT invoice for the Prime subscription fee
If you already have a personal account with Amazon Prime and an Amazon Business account, you can now extend Prime delivery benefits to your business user account at no additional cost. Complete the following steps:
