Once you've determined your order meets the A-to-z claim conditions, there are several time requirements for filing a claim.
To file a claim, keep in mind:
If your item becomes defective more than 30 days past the delivery date and it is under warranty, you may have to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement (although you should contact your Seller in the first instance)..
Note: A-to-z Guarantee claims typically take 1-2 weeks to process.
