A-to-z Guarantee Restrictions

The following items and situations aren't covered by the Amazon A-to-z Guarantee.

  • Prohibited items (including items violating the Amazon Payments Acceptable Use policy).
  • Credit card payments where the issuing bank has initiated a chargeback.
  • Damage or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to a freight forwarder.
  • Opened Health and Beauty items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
