Withdraw a Claim

You can withdraw or cancel an A-to-z Guarantee claim in the Orders section of Your Account.

To withdraw a claim for purchases made on Amazon.co.uk:
  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Locate your order in the list and click Order Details.
  3. If the order has already dispatched, click Withdraw claim under Problem with this order? on the order summary page.
  4. Follow the prompts to explain the withdrawal and click Withdraw claim to complete the request.
Third-party sellers will need to contact the buyers and encourage them to write to us to revoke or cancel a pending claim. If a resolution has been reached after a claim payment has already been issued, please contact us to make arrangements for repayment.
