Cancel Orders from Your Mobile Device

You can cancel orders from your mobile device as long as they haven't entered the dispatch process.

To cancel an order:
  1. Tap Your Account.
  2. To find your item:
    • From Android or iOS, tap Your Orders.
    • From Windows phones, select your time period, and then tap Continue.
  3. To cancel your item:
    • From Android or iOS, find the item you want, then tap Cancel Item.

      Note: If the item you want to view isn't displayed, tap Show more items at the bottom of the screen.

    • From Windows phones, tap Order Details, then tap Need to cancel an item?
  4. To confirm cancellation:
    • From Android or iOS, tap Cancel checked items.
    • From Windows phones, select the items you want to cancel, then tap Cancel Checked Items.
