Prime Video is a video streaming service available for Amazon Prime members.
With an eligible Amazon Prime membership, you have access to thousands of Prime Video titles at no additional cost.
To find Prime titles, look for the Included with Prime or Prime Video categories on the Amazon Video home screen.
Prime titles also feature a Prime logo or Watch Now with Amazon Prime option in the video details.
On many devices, if you're using Search to find a specific title, you can also use the Refine or Ways to Watch filters to only show available Prime titles.
The selection of movies and TV shows available with Prime Video is always changing--new titles are added to the Prime Video catalog, and occasionally titles are removed.
If you're having trouble watching Prime titles, here are some common solutions that may help:
Check Your Device Registration – Your device needs to be registered to the same Amazon account you used to set up your Amazon Prime or Prime Video membership. To learn more, go to Sign In to Amazon Video.
Check Your Membership Status – You can make sure that your Amazon Prime membership is still active from the Manage Your Prime Membership page in Your Account. A notification displays at the top of the screen if your membership is no longer active.
Check Your Location – Also make sure you're accessing Prime Video from an eligible location. Due to licensing agreements, Prime Video is only available to customers located in the United Kingdom, except for selected Amazon Originals titles available to watch while abroad. To learn more go to Watching Videos While Travelling Abroad.
